摘要
为提高煤矿机电设备管理资源配置效率,降低机电事故损失,建立了以机电事故损失最低为目标、以资源投入为约束的优化模型,然后运用逆优化方法将原模型转化为逆优化模型并求解。以煤矿机电设备管理为例进行实证分析,结果表明在总投入固定情况下,运用逆优化方法对约束参数进行调整可以满足系统新的需求,为优化煤矿机电设备管理资源配置提供了新思路。
In order to improve the allocation efficiency of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment management resources and reduce the loss of clectromechanical accident, the optimization model is established, which takes the minimum loss of electromeehanical accidents as the purpose and the resource input as constraints. Then the original model is transformed into the inverse optimization model by inverse optimization method. At last, the model was used for a certain coal mine cnterprise's electrical and mechanical equipment management to prove its effectiveness, which offered a new way to optimize the resource allocation of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment management.
