摘要
针对物流中心出库作业资源配置问题,考虑资源可共享及可替代条件下,可能出现的资源作业效率难以测量的情况,构建了资源配置线性规划逆优化模型。该模型通过最小化地调整资源作业效率求解符合实际操作要求的作业资源配置优化方案。实例表明:该方法通过调整资源效率矩阵使得实际配置方案成为问题的最优解,为制定满足实际作业要求的资源配置计划提出了新思路。
This paper builds up an inverse optimal model of linear programming for operation resources configuration on outbound work in the logistics center. The possible difficulty to measure the differential efficiency of shared and alternative resources was taken into account when applied to different tasks. A more practical feasible solution is used to minimize the adjustment of resources efficiency matrix so as to optimize the original model. The result from the actual example has shown that this method can transfer the actual solution into the optimization solution by adjusting resources efficiency matrix and provide a new way to satisfy the actual operation requirement.
