矿井降温排热蓄热与变工况热泵集成系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对独立的矿井降温系统排热量大而利用率低(煤矿热泵供热系统余废热不足)的现状,提出了一种浅地层蓄热、变工况热泵与矿井降温的集成系统设想,该系统主要由浅地层地埋管换热器、矿井降温系统、变工况水源热泵机组构成。介绍了该系统非供暖季矿井降温系统排热利用、地埋管地层蓄热以及冷却塔辅助散热的工作过程,供暖季地源热泵系统供热的工作过程。分析显示理论制冷循环下的非供暖季降温蓄热较非蓄热降温节能26.2%,并具有较好的经济优势。 In view of the poor utilization of high heat discharge in the cooling system of independent mines and inadequate waste heat in heating supply system from heat pump of mine, this paper proposes the integrated system including shallow ground heat storage, water source heat pump and mine cooling, which is mainly composed of shallow underground heat exchanger, mine cooling system, heat pump under the variable working conditions. The paper also introduces the heat discharge utilization of mine cooling system in non-heating season, the working process of buried pipe heat storage and the cooling tower auxiliary cooling, the working process of heating from ground source heat pump system. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that heat storage through cooling under the theoretical refrigeration cycle in non-heating season would save the energy of 26. 2% compared with cooling without heat storage, which demonstrates the favorable economic advantages.
