摘要
目的:探讨生存质量和心理健康状况随访在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者160例作为研究对象,采用五维健康量表及癌症治疗功能评价量表对其术后生存质量以及心理健康状况进行随访。结果:五维健康量表中,仅有疼痛不适这一维度变化较大,其余维度均表现为逐渐上升趋势。术后6个月,疼痛不适之外的4个维度正常比例均为80%以上。癌症治疗功能评价量表中,生理、功能、情感及社会家庭等相关维度得分均表现为上升趋势,生理及功能两项维度上升明显。结论:及时加强对妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者心理护理,有针对性的制定护理措施,帮助患者树立乐观向上的态度,减少心理疾患发生,提升术后生存质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality of life and mental health status in patients with gynecological malignancies. Methods ： A to-tal of 160 patients with postoperative chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the objects. The five - dimension-al health scale and cancer treatment function evaluation scale were used to evaluate the postoperative quality of life and psychological health status. Results ： In the five - dimensional health scale, only the pain discomfort changed greatly, and the other dimensions showed a gradual upward trend. About 6 months after the surgery,despite the pain discomfort, the other four dimensions were more than 80% of normal proportion. In the evaluation scale of cancer treatment function, the scores of physiology, function, emotion and social family showed the rising trend, and the two dimensions of physiology and function were obvi-ous. Conclusion ： The psychological care of patients with gynecological malignancies should be strengthened in time, and the nursing measures should be formulated to help patients to make an optimistic attitude and reduce the occurrence of mental illness as well as improve the quality of life.
