摘要
采煤机在井下使用过程中需要定期维护保养,齿轨轮轴承则需要每周进行注油保养。为提高采煤机行走机构在复杂地质条件下工作的可靠性,研究了免维护轴承在采煤机齿轨轮组中的应用,免维护轴承的齿轨轮组,其结构简单,设计合理,可与原齿轨轮组完全互换,使用操作便捷,尤其是在井下工作面有限的空间里,使工人免于反复对轴承注油保养,降低了工人劳动强度,同时又能保证其使用寿命和过煤量,减少了采煤机的生产成本,提高了工作效率。
Underground coal mining machine in use process need regular maintenance, weekly filling rack wheel bearing need maintenance. Travel mechanism to improve the coal winning machine work under complex geological conditions of reliability, this paper studies the free maintenance in the application of coal winning machine rack wheel bearings, bearing rack wheel and maintenance-free, its simple structure, reasonable design, can be completely interchangeable with the original rack wheel, use convenient, especially in the underground coal face limited space, free workers from repeatedly on bearing oiling maintenance, reduces the worker labor intensity, at the same time can guarantee its service life and coal,to reduce the cost of production of the coal plant family, improve work efficiency.
