摘要
针对目前绝大部分煤矿瓦斯抽放系统中传统阀门在使用过程中不能实现远程自动化控制的问题,以KZZ系列矿用隔爆型电动阀门执行器为核心,基于RS485总线型控制理论,通过就地本安按钮及上位机组态王软件对阀门实现就地及远程开、关及部分开度控制,研究其工作原理、行程控制机构调整、位置反馈数显、反馈信号等内容。应用表明,KZZ系列执行器完全能够按照逻辑关系实现自动化控制,配套的KXEH12型浇封兼本安型控制器较其他厂家隔爆型阀门控制箱比较,KZZ系列阀门日常维护成本低、远程和就地控制方式灵活、远程红外遥控参数设置操作简单方便;执行器控制精度高、出现故障率低,效率大幅提高,对煤矿实现抽采自动化及减少值班人员劳动强度具有重要意义。
Aimed at the problem of most traditional valves in the gas drainage system of coal mine can not realize remote automatic control,taking development of KZZ series flameproof electric valve actuator as the core,based on RS485 bus control theory,and through the local safe button and PC Kingview software of valves,local and remote opening and closing on valves was achieved,the working principle,stroke control mechanism adjustment,position feedback,feedback signal and other digital content were also studied in the paper.Field application showed that,KZZ series actuator can realize automatic control according to the logic relation,compared with other explosion-proof valve control box produced by other manufacturers,the maintenance cost of KZZ series valve is low,and the mode of remote and local control is flexible,and the setting for remote infrared remote control parameters is convenient,the precision of actuator control is high,the failure rate is low,the efficiency is improved greatly,which has important significance to realize the coal mine drainage automation and reduce the labor intensity of the personnel on duty.
