不同脱敏剂对牙本质粘接强度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究不同脱敏剂对牙本质粘接强度的影响。方法收集40颗健康离体牙随机分为4组,1组为空白对照,另外3组分别选用Gluma脱敏剂、极固宁脱敏剂、舒适达速效抗敏牙膏进行牙本质粘接面的脱敏处理,制作抗剪切粘接强度测试试件,恒温保存24 h后进行抗剪切粘接强度测试。结果 Gluma组、极固宁组、舒适达牙膏组和空白对照组的抗剪切强度分别为(6.78±3.11)、(1.57±1.10)、(5.82±2.32)、(5.78±3.66)MPa(F=7.285,P<0.05)。Gluma组的抗剪切强度最高,但与其他组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。极固宁组最低,且与Gluma组、空白对照组和舒适达牙膏组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脱敏剂对牙本质抗剪切粘结强度有不同程度的影响,为避免粘接强度的下降,临床粘接修复操作中应选择合适的脱敏剂。 Objective To investigate the influence of different desensitizers on the bond strength of dentine. Methods Forty healthy teeth were divided into four groups. One was blank control group and the other three groups were treated with Gluma, Green Or, Sensodyne desensitizer respectively. After 24 hours of constant temperature preservation, the shear bond strength stress test was carried out. Results The shear strength of Gluma group, Green Or group, Sensodyne group and blank control group were (6. 78 ± 3. 11), ( 1.57 ±1.10), (5. 82 ±2. 32), (5.78 ±3.66) MPa(F =7. 285,P 〈0. 05). The shear strength of Gluma group was the highest, compared with other groups, there was no statistically significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Green Or group was lower than the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The different desensitizing agents have different effects on the dentin bonding, so we should selecte the appropriate desensitizer in clinical practice.
