摘要
目的探讨团队介入式音乐疗法对初次接受PICC(peripherally inserted central catheters,经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管)置管手术的肿瘤患者手术过程中缓解其焦虑情绪、提高患者手术体验质量方面的效用。方法采用实验研究方法,选择2015年1月—2016年10月收治于医院肿瘤科,首次接受PICC置管术的100名患者,根据性别和年龄特征分为对照组和实验组,通过自制综合量表(含血压心率监测量表、状态焦虑分量表SAI、行为观察量表)评估实验组患者接受音乐疗法之后的改变。结果利用统计学分析软件对数据的分析结果证明音乐疗法能够有效地缓解初次接受PICC置管手术的肿瘤患者的焦虑情绪。结论将音乐疗法应用于临床医学治疗具有一定的可行性与必要性。
Objective To explore the effects of adjunctive music therapy in relieving anxiety and improving surgical experience for the patients treated with PICC for the first time. Methods Experimental research method was applied. A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Oncology between January 2015 and October 2016 and treated with PICC for the first time were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by sex（ 1∶ 1） and age（ middle aged 45-59,old aged 60-75）. The changes of patients in the experimental group after being treated with music therapy were evaluated by the scale which contains blood pressure and heart rate monitoring scale,SAI scale and behavior observation scale. Results The result of data analyzed by statistical analysis software showed that adjunctive music therapy could effectively relieve the anxiety of cancer patients treated with PICC for the first time. Conclusion It is feasible and necessary to apply adjunctive music therapy to clinical medical treatment.
