国际海运碳交易政策影响大宗商品国际贸易机制研究——以中国铁矿石贸易为例 被引量:6

摘要 从贸易成本的视角出发,构造国际运输市场局部均衡模型,分析了碳交易政策对大宗商品国际贸易的影响。理论分析表明,国际海运碳交易机制不仅会抑制碳排放、有效提升环境质量,也将抑制国际贸易发展。而以中国铁矿石贸易为例的模拟分析表明,在合理的碳排放权价格区间内,国际海运碳交易政策能够实现较为显著的减排,并小幅削减中国铁矿石进口贸易量;碳交易对国际贸易的影响程度与燃油价格密切相关,燃油能源价格越低,碳交易政策对国际贸易的影响也越大。 From the perspective of the shipping costs in international trade,by establishing a partial equilibrium model of bulk stock international transport market,this paper analyzes the impact of ETS on bulk stock international trade volume and carbon emissions from international shipping. Theoretical analysis show s that international shipping ETS reduces carbon emissions effectively,w hile it inhibits bulk stock international trade slightly. Simulation analysis of China' s iron ore trade show s that international shipping ETS w ould reduce 6% ~ 8% of carbon emissions at the expense of 1% trade reduction w ithin the price range of reasonable carbon emission right. The impact of ETS on international trade is closely related to fuel price,the low er the fuel energy price,and the greater impact of ETS on international trade.
