福多司坦对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期病人呼出气一氧化氮及氧化应激的影响 被引量:9

Effect of fudosteine on exhaled nitric oxide and oxidative stress in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的探讨福多司坦对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期病人呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)及氧化应激的影响。方法将60例COPD急性加重期老年病人随机分成2组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用福多司坦。2组共治疗2周,治疗前后测定FeNO水平、肺功能及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果治疗后2组FeNO及外周血MDA水平降低,SOD水平增加,肺功能有较好的改善,观察组的改善程度相较于对照组更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论福多司坦能够显著降低老年COPD急性加重期病人FeNO,改善氧化应激。 Objective To investigate the effect of fudosteine on the level of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) and oxidative stress in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Sixty patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional treatment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the conventional treatment combined with fudosteine.They were treated for 2 weeks.The levels of FeNO,lung function,plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malonic dialdehyde(MDA) were detected before and after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatement,the levels of FeNO and the blood MDA in two groups were decreased significantly,and the level of SOD and the lung function in two groups were increased significantly.The changes in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions Fudosteine can decrease FeNO and relieve the oxidative stess in COPD acute exacerbation in the elderly patients.
