摘要
目的:观察雌二醇治疗妇女绝经综合征的疗效。方法:采用电脑随机的方式,将我院2016年3月至2017年3月间收治的绝经综合征患者70例,随机分成研究组(n=35)与常规组(n=35),其中常规组采用常规治疗方案,研究组患者采用雌二醇治疗,对两组不良反应发生率以及各项激素指标改善情况,做统计处理。结果:两组患者接受临床治疗后,各项激素指标均得到改善,但研究组患者改善情况明显优于常规组(P<0.05),统计两组不良反应发生率,结果发现研究组11.43%的不良反应发生率明显低于22.86%的常规组,组间结果比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:绝经综合征患者采用雌二醇予以治疗,降低了不良反应发生率,帮助妇女改善绝经期症状,效果显著,值得临床进一步应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of estradiol on women＇s menopausal syndrome. Methods： 70 cases of menopausal syndrome admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into study group （n = 35） and conventional group （n=35）. Conclusion： Treatment of estradiol in patients with menopausal syndrome can reduce the incidence of adverse reac-tions and help women improve the symptoms of menopause. The effect is remarkable and deserves further clinical application .
