摘要
为了完成冬季安全输水与发电任务,同时防止冰塞等凌汛灾害,对渠道冰凌进行实时监测是十分必要的,如何准确地计算出冰凌密度更是监测分析的关键技术。通过MATLAB对冰凌监测图像进行直方图均衡化处理,运用最大类间方差法计算出最佳阈值,从而区分出冰凌与背景,进而得出冰凌密度,并与实际冰凌密度进行比较。结果表明:基于直方图均衡化的冰凌密度计算结果与真实的非常吻合,并且在光线较弱的环境下同样适用,可为防凌减灾预警提供了可靠依据。
In order to transport water and generate electricity power in winter, and prevent ice disasters at the same time, it is necessary to conduct real-time monitoring on ice slush, so how to accurately calculate the density of ice slush is the key technology of monitoring analysis. In this paper, the ice slush monitoring images were processed by histogram equalization based on MATLAB, and using maximum between-cluster variance to obtain the optimal threshold value, so as to distinguish the ice and background, then the ice slush density was obtained and compared with the real ice slush density. The comparing results indicate that the calculated ice slush density based on histogram equalization is close to the real condition and it also can be used in the case of weak light environment.
