摘要
为进一步分析纯系蛋鸡育种群体的品系特性,以新杨绿壳纯系蛋鸡和洛岛红纯系蛋鸡为研究对象,比较两个纯系3个产蛋周龄(26、40和60周龄)的蛋品质。结果:(1)新杨绿壳纯系蛋鸡除了蛋壳比例以外,其他指标均受产蛋周龄的极显著影响,蛋重和蛋黄比随着周龄的增加而增加,而蛋黄颜色、蛋白高度、哈夫单位和蛋壳强度随着周龄增加而下降;40周龄蛋壳厚度和蛋壳重显著高于其他周龄(P<0.01)。(2)洛岛红蛋鸡的蛋黄比、蛋白高度、蛋壳重和哈夫单位与前者相同;40和60周龄蛋黄颜色极显著低于26周龄(P<0.01);40周龄蛋重和蛋壳比例显著大于26和60周龄(P<0.01);26周龄蛋壳强度极显著高于其他周龄,40周龄蛋壳强度最低。综上,纯系蛋鸡26周龄内部蛋品质最好。
In order to further study the breed characteristics of pureline layers, the egg quality of Xinyang blue-shelled layers and Rhode Island Reds at 3 different weeks of age （26, 40 and 60 weeks of age）were compared. The results showed that： ① For Xinyang blue-shelled layers, all traits were significantly affected by age except the eggshell ratio. The egg weight and yolk ratio were increased with age, while the yolk color, albumen height, Haugh unit and eggshell strength decreased with age. The eggshell thickness and eggshell weight at 40 weeks of age were significantly higher than that at other weeks of age （P〈0.01）. ②For Rhode Island Red, the result of yolk ratio, albumen height, eggshell weight and Haugh unit are the same with blue-shelled layers. The yolk color at 40 and 60 weeks of age were significantly lower than that at 26 weeks of age （P〈0.01）. The egg weight and eggshell ratio at 40 weeks of age were significantly higher than that at 26 and 60 weeks of age （P〈0.01）. The eggshell strength at 26 weeks of age was significantly higher than that at other weeks of age, eggshell strength at 40 weeks of age is the lowest. In summary, two pureline layers of the internal egg quality at the 26 weeks of age was the best.
