通过CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件可以在设计环节对法兰进行校核。以项目实际应用为例,应用CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件建模,并结合当地土壤的沉降对法兰进行核算,为整改方案提供理论依据。在设计环节避免了法兰泄露存在的风险。
The pipeline stress analysis software CAESAR Ⅱ can be used to check flange leak in designing.Taking project practical application for example,the 3D model is built by using CAESAR Ⅱ and flange leak is checked considering local soil settlement,which can provide theory basis for the solving program and can avoid the risks caused by flange leak in designing stage.
