摘要
目的:分析精神科患者外出功能检查的护理风险,评价防范措施的实施效果。方法:利用鱼骨图分析我院精神科患者外出功能检查发生的护理风险及原因,从2015年5月开始采取针对性的防范措施,对防范效果进行评价。结果:护理风险发生前5位因素分别为检查前情绪不稳(40.11%),检查时间、顺序安排不合理(20.48%),工作人员责任心不强、患者脱离视线(15.36%),候检环境嘈杂、闷热(13.51%),陪护人员不足(7.25%)。防范措施实施前护理风险发生率为5.56%,实施后发生率为1.16%(P<0.05)。结论:针对性的防范措施可显著降低外逃等不良事件发生率,提高护理效果。
Objective： To analyze the nursing risk of psychiatric patients out function and evaluate the effect of preventive measures. Methods： Using Fishbone diagram to analyze the nursing risk and reason for check out function of our hospital psychiatric patients from May 2015,taking corresponding measures to prevent,and to evaluate the prevention effect. Results： The five factors of nursing risk were the emotional instability before inspection（40. 11%）,inspection time and unreasonable arrangement（20. 48%）,the staff not strong sense of responsibility,patient out of the line of sight（15. 36%）,environmental noise and hot（13.51%）,insufficient escorts（7.25%）. Before the implementation of measures to prevent the incidence of nursing risk was 5. 56%,after implementing measures,the rate was 1. 16%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Targeted preventive measures can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events such as flight,improve the effect of nursing care.
