摘要
目的通过对比MRI与CT检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值,旨在探寻一种有效诊断老年多发性脑梗死的医学影像学手段。方法收集于我院接受诊疗的50例老年多发性脑梗死患者的临床资料,分别采用CT与MRI进行检查。比较两组患者的病变检出率、误诊率、不同时间脑梗死检出率、病灶数量、检查时间、发病-检查时间。结果 MRI组病变检出率及误诊率分别为92.00%、0,CT组分别为58.00%、10.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);CT组在发病时间<24 h、24~72 h以及>72 h三个时间脑梗死检出率分别为35.29%、50.00%及84.21%,MRI组分别为88.24%、92.86%及94.74%,两组在发病时间<24 h及24~72 h时脑梗死检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI组检查出的病灶数量显著高于CT组(P均<0.05),MRI组检查时间及发病-检查时间均显著短于CT组(P均<0.05);MRI检查的脑部结构要清晰于CT。结论与CT相比,MRI检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值更高,应在临床诊断老年多发性脑梗死中进行推广。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of MRI and CT imaging in the diagnosis of multiple cerebral infarction in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction in our hospital were collected and examined by CT and MRI respectively. The detection rate of the disease, the rate of misdiagnose, the detection rate of cerebral infarction in different time, the number of lesions, the time of the examination, the time of onset and examination were compared between the two groups. Results MRI group lesion detection rate, misdiagnose rate were 92.00%, 0, CT group were 58.00%, 10.00%, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); In CT group, 24 h, 24-72 h and the onset time of 〉72 h three time brain infarction rate were 35.29%, 50.00% and 84.21%,MRI group were 88.24%, 92.86% and 94.74%, the two groups in the time of onset 〈24 h and 24-72 h cerebral infarction detection rate difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); The number of lesions of the MRI group was check out significantly higher than that of CT group(P〈0.05), the examination time and examination time onset of MRI group were significantly less than those of the CT group(P〈0.05); The brain structure of MRI examination should be clear in CT.Conclusion Compared with CT, MRI examination in the diagnosis of multiple cerebral infarction in elderly patients with higher application value, should be in clinical diagnosis of multiple cerebral infarction in the elderly.
