摘要
目的:探讨外固定支架技术辅助复位下闭合复位髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择48例股骨干骨折患者按照手术方法不同将其分为对照组(n=22,实施骨折切开直视下复位内固定)和观察组(n=26,实施外固定架技术辅助下骨折闭合复位内固定),比较两组并发症及疗效。结果:与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量更少,手术时间及骨折愈合时间更短,膝关节功能恢复更佳,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.85%,明显低于对照组22.73%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:采用外固定架技术辅助复位下闭合复位髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折具有术中出血量少、手术时间短、骨折愈合快、膝关节功能恢复好、并发症发生率低等优点。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of external fixator technology auxiliary closed reduction and intramedullary nail treatment of femoral shaft fractures. Methods: According to the different surgical methods,48 patients with fracture of femoral were divided into the control group(n = 22),implementation of open reduction and internal fixation under direct fracture,Observation group(n = 26),using external fixator technology aided by closed reduction and internal fixation of fracture. The curative effect and complications occurrence in the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group,observation group showed the less intraoperative blood file,shorter operation time and fracture healing time,better knee functional recovery. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). In addition,the complication rate of observation group was only 3.85%,significantly lower than the control group 22. 73%,with the significant difference between the two groups(P〈0. 05).Conclusion: Using external fixator assisted reduction under the closed reduction and intramedullary nail treatment of femoral fractures with intra-operative bleeds few,shorter operation time,postoperative fracture healing fast,good knee functional recovery,low complication rate.
