摘要
根据环境监测和相关分析检测对铝标准物质的实际需求,研制了饮用水中铝污染检测分析校准标准物质。遵循国家标准物质的技术要求,对样品的包装、样品保存介质进行分析和优选。以经过纯度分析的高纯金属铝制备标准物质,对所制备的铝分析校准标准物质,采用单因素方差法评定均匀性;以先密后疏原则测试考察样品的稳定性。在充分考虑样品标准值误差来源及影响因素基础上,对不确定度进行评定。结果表明,样品的均匀性和稳定性指标符合国家级标准物质的技术要求,样品的标准值及扩展不确定度为500 mg/L和±6 mg/L。可作为水中铝测定的检测标准,满足量值传递的需求。
According to the practical needs of aluminum standard solution used for the environmental monitoring and the relevant analysis,a certified reference material which can be applied to calibrate the quantitative determination of aluminum in polluted drinking water was developed. The packaging and the preservative agent of the certified reference material were analyzed and optimized in accordance with the technical requirements of national certified reference material. The aluminum standard solution was prepared using high purity metallic aluminum which was identified via purity analysis. One-way ANOVA and linear model were applied respectively to evaluate the homogeneity and stability of the standard reference material. The uncertainty in the certified value was calculated on the basis of the combined effect of uncertainty components associated with the preparation,instrument determination,and method bias. The evaluation indexes of the homogeneity and stability of the standard reference material conformed to the specifications of national certified reference material. The certified concentration of aluminum and the expanded uncertainty in the certified value are 500 mg/L and ± 6 mg/L respectively. This standard reference material is intended for use as a primary calibration standard for the quantitative determination of aluminum in water,as well as for satisfying the needs of the transmission of measurement results.
