摘要
采用变异系数法和高稳系数法对云南省区试的7个云瑞系列甘蔗新品种(系)的丰产性和稳产性进行分析。结果表明:云瑞10-476在2种分析方法中表现较好,蔗茎产量达117.76 t·hm^(-2),较新台糖22号(CK)增产16.86%,差异达显著水平;产糖量最高,达13.23 t·hm^(-2),较CK增产47.16%,差异达极显著水平;有效茎数、平均产量、适应度、高稳系数均最高,蔗糖含量的变异系数最小,是一个适应性较广的丰产稳产新品种(系)。云瑞11-450的锤度最高,有效茎数适中,产量略低于CK,产糖量为10.26 t·hm^(-2),较CK增产14.12%,高稳系数位居第二,变异系数低于CK,是一个高糖中产适应性良好的甘蔗新品种(系)。云瑞10-237、云瑞10-328、云瑞10-278、云瑞10-187、云瑞10-295蔗茎产量的高稳系数均超过CK,糖产量的高稳系数均大于64%,适合作高产中糖品系利用。
In order to breed new sugarcane varieties for high and stable yields,the yield and stability data of seven new series of Yunrui varieties from regional trials were analyzed by both variation coefficient and high stability coefficient methods. The results showed that: Yunrui 10-476 was a better variety by both methods. It rs cane yield was 117.76 t·hm^-2,which was significantly higher than the cane yield of Xingtaitang 22 (CK) by 16.86%. Yunrui 10-476 also produced the highest sugar yields up to 13.23t·hm^-2,which was significantly higher than the CK by 47.16%. The variety had the highest number of millable stalks,the highest average yields,the best fitness value,the highest stability coefficient,and the smallest variation coefficient on sucrose content and was a new strain with a wide adaptability. Variety Yunrui 11-450 had the highest Brix value,moderate number of stalks,and a yield lower than the CK. The sugar yield of Yunrui 11-450 was 10.26 t·hm^-2, 14.12% higher than the CK. Its coefficient of variation was lower than the CK. Yunrui 11-450 had the second highest coefficient on yield and stability and a coefficient of variation was lower than the CK and was a high sugar,high yielding variety for wide production areas. The cane yield and stability coefficients of Yunrui 10-237,Yunrui 10-328,Yunrui 10-278, Yunrui10-187,and Yunrui10-295 were higher than the CK with greater than 64% sugar yield and stability coefficients. These varieties could be used as high tonnage and good sugar yielding varieties.
