焙烧温度对HZSM-5分子筛催化甲醇制芳烃反应性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以含模板剂的HZSM-5分子筛为载体,结合TG-DTA、XRD、SEM、BET、NH3-TPD及Py-IR等表征方法,分析不同温度焙烧脱除模板剂的HZSM-5的物理化学性质,并通过固定床微反装置考察其催化甲醇制芳烃(MTA)反应的性能。结果发现,模板剂分解温度区间在350~850℃,焙烧温度会对HZSM-5催化剂的物理化学性质和催化性能产生较大的影响,其中在焙烧温度550℃时,HZSM-5催化剂的比表面积、孔容和孔径最大,此时B酸中心与L酸中心的比例适宜,MTA反应寿命最长,芳烃选择性达到52.5%,苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)占芳烃产物的66.9%。焙烧温度超过650℃时,HZSM-5分子筛孔道会随着骨架铝的迁移而坍塌,强酸中心逐渐消失,反应活性降低。 Based on HZSM-5 zeolite roasted in different temperatures for the removal of template agent, its physicochemical properties were analyzed by TG-DTA, XRD, SEM, BET and NH3-TPD and Py-IR methods, and the effect on the performance of the catalytic MTA(methanol to aromatics) was investigated through the fixed bed micro-reactor. With the template agent decomposition temperature ranging between 350-850℃ , the roasted temperature had great influence on the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance of HZSM-5 catalyst. When the calcination temperature was 550℃ , the specific surface area and pore structure were the largest, the proportion of acid B and L acid center at this time was appropriate, and the MTA reaction life expectancy, aromatics selectivity of 52. 5 % , BTX (benzene, toluene, xylene) were accounted for 66.9% of aromatics product. In addition, the HZSM-5 zeolite pore channel collapsed with the aluminum frame of migration when the roasted temperature was above 650℃ , while the acid center and reactivity decreased.
