摘要
含油污泥成分复杂,属于非均质多相分散体系,含有苯系物、多环芳烃、重金属等多种有害物质。若处置不当,将造成严重的环境污染。在对含油污泥的组成和性质分析的基础上,研究了燃料化处理剂对污泥性质的影响及作用机理;以热值为指标,设计了燃料化处理剂复配实验。经复配制成的颗粒化燃料热值达到5273kCal/kg;在颗粒化燃料中加入2.0%的脱硫剂DS,可使燃烧烟气中各项污染物浓度均低于《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》GB13271-2014规定的限值,燃烧残渣中的重金属含量低于国家《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》和《国家土壤环境质量标准》,为延长油田含油污泥的资源化利用提供了思路和方法。
Oil sludge is belonged to heterogeneous multiphase dispersion system,containing hazardous substances such as benzene series,polycyclic hydrocarbons,heavy metals etc.If not properly disposed,it may cause serious pollution to the environment.On the basis of composition and character analysis of oil sludge,effects of different fuelization agents on oil sludge character and their mechanism were studied.Formulation experiment was designed using heating value as evaluation index.Heating value of the prepared fuel reached 5 273 kCal/kg. The concentrations of pollutants in the smoke were reduced below the emission standard of air pollutants for boiler (GB 13271-2014) when dosage of desulfurizing agent DS was 2.0 %.The content of heavy metals in combustion residue is lower than that in national standard GB4284-2018 and GB 15618-2018,which provides ideas and methods for utilization of oily sludge in Yanchang oilfields.
