摘要
目的观察米曲菌胰酶片改善早期慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis,CP)患者消化不良症状的疗效。方法收集2014年12月-2016年8月出现消化不良症状的早期CP患者共48例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各24例,对照组仅常规调整饮食与生活习惯,治疗组在对照组基础上加用米曲菌胰酶片治疗2周,对比观察两组治疗前后腹痛、食欲不振、腹胀或腹部不适症状积分变化及疗效。结果治疗组治疗前后症状总积分下降值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.602,P=0.001);治疗组总有效率为91.6%,对照组总有效率为50.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(χ~2=6.567,P=0.01),治疗组未发现药物相关不良反应。结论米曲菌胰酶片可以有效缓解早期CP患者消化不良症状。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Oryz-aspergillus enzyme in treatment of dyspepsia in early stage of chronic pancreatitis（CP）patients.Methods From Dec.2014 to Aug.2016,48 cases of early CP-induced dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,24 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with routine treatment based on the use of Oryz-aspergillus enzyme,while the control group was treated by adjustment of diet and lifestyle.The curative effects in both groups were observed.Results The total score of dyspeptic symptoms decreased significantly in treatment group before and after the treatment（t=5.602,P=0.001）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.6%,and the rate was 50.0%in control group.Curative effect in treatment group was more obvious than that of control group（χ^2=6.567,P=0.01）.No adverse reaction was observed.Conclusion Oryz-aspergillus enzyme is effective and safe in the treatment of early CP-induced dyspepsia.
