摘要
目的探讨地佐辛与舒芬太尼应用于老年妇科腹腔镜手术术后静脉镇痛的效果。方法方便选取2015年3月—2016年3月收治的60例老年妇科腹腔镜手术患者均分为对照组与实验组,两组均开展术后静脉自控镇痛(PCIA),对照组应用舒芬太尼联合盐酸托烷司琼镇痛,实验组给予地佐辛联合盐酸托烷司琼。观察术后不同时点两组患者疼痛评分,统计药物相关不良反应。结果实验组患者术后不同时点的VAS评分高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的不良反应发生率6.67%,明显低于对照组的23.33%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛用于老年妇科腹腔镜手术术后镇痛效果满意,安全性高。
Objective To s tudy th e effect of d ezocine an d sulfen tany l in intravenous an a lg e s ia af te r th e gynecologic la p a ro -scopic surgery in the elderly. Methods Convenient s ele ct ion 6 0 c a se s of sen i le p a t ien ts with gynecologic lapa ro scop ic surgery from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into two groups, both groups were given the PCIA, the control group adopted the sulfentanyl and tropisetron hydrochloride for analgesia, while the experimental group adopted the dezocine and tropisetron hydrochloride, and the pain score at different time points of the two groups af ter operat ion was observed and the related adverse reactions of drugs were counted. Results The VAS scores at different time points in th e ex p erim en ta l group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences had no stat ist ical signi ficance（P〉0.05）, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（6.67% vs 23.33%） , and the difference between the two groups had stat is t ical signi ficance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ap p l ic a t io n effect of dezocine in intravenous analges ia af ter the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in the elderly is satisfactory, and the safety is high.
