聚光太阳能板视觉对位系统全局标定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对聚光太阳能板视觉对位系统中存在相机间距离远,视野无重合,标定模型复杂等问题,研究了多相机阵列系统的高精度的全局标定方法。结合视觉对位平台的结构特征,设计出一种特定标定靶,根据圆形特征点间的位置约束关系,逐个求解非参考相机图像坐标系与全局坐标系间的外部参数,建立全局标定模型。标定实验表明,该方法精度高,切实可行。 In order to solve the problems of long distance between cameras, no coincidence of visions, and complicated calibration model existed in the visual alignment system of the concentrating solar panel, this paper studies the high precision global calibration method of multi-camera array system. A special calibration target was firstly designed in combination with the structure characteristics of visual a- lignment system; Then, according to the position constraint relations between rounded feature points, the external parameters between the non- reference camera image coordinate system and the global coor- dinate system were calculated one by one, and the global calibration model was finally established. The experiment shows that the method is of high precision and feasibility.
