摘要
目的:分析和探讨循证护理在喉癌术后气管切开患者中的应用方法和效果。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年12月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的120例喉癌术后气管切开患者为研究对象,根据术后护理方法的不同分为观察组(行循证护理,n=60例)和对照组(行常规护理,n=60)。对两组的护理满意度、依从性及焦虑评分进行观察和对比。结果:护理7 d时观察组护理满意度为75.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%,90.00%的患者表现出较高的依从性,显著高于对照组的60.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理前两组焦虑评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理7 d时观察组焦虑评分为(10.6±1.7)分,显著低于对照组的(13.7±3.0)分,护理14 d观察组焦虑评分为(4.5±0.9)分,显著低于对照组的(7.0±1.7)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对于喉癌术后气管切开患者行循证护理,可提高患者的满意度和依从性,改善其情绪,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective：To analyze and explore the application and effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with tracheotomy after laryngeal carcinoma.Method：From January 2015 to December 2016,120 patients with postoperative tracheotomy in our hospital were selected.According to the different nursing methods,the patients were divided into the observation group（line of evidence nursing,n=60） and the control group（routine nursing,n=60）.The nursing satisfaction,compliance and anxiety scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：Nursing satisfaction was 75.00% in the observation group at 7 days,which was significantly higher than 60.00% in the control group,the compliance rate was 90.00% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 60.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in anxiety score before nursing（P〈0.05）.The anxiety score of the group was（10.6±1.7）scores in the observation group,which was significantly lower than（13.7±3.0）scores of the control group at 7 days,and the anxiety scores were（4.5±0.9）scores in the observation group at 14 days,which was significantly lower than（7.0±1.7）scores in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing care for patients with tracheotomy after laryngeal carcinoma can improve patient＇s satisfaction and compliance and improve their mood,and has high application value.
