摘要
目的:评估不同血液透析方式及不同透析器对β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)的清除效果。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院2014年12月-2016年12月收治的血液透析患者82例,分为A组(n=41)和B组(n=41)。A组患者采用高通量血液透析(HFHD),B组患者采用低通量血液透析(LFHD)。对比A组、B组患者透析前后的β_2-MG水平、透析2周后的β_2-MG水平及生活质量评分。结果:两组患者透析之前的β_2-MG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组患者在透析后、透析2周之后的β_2-MG水平及生活质量评分均明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析的患者,采用高通量血液透析,取得的清除效果较好,患者的β_2-MG水平显著降低,患者的心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能及物质评分明显提升,值得进一步推广和使用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of different hemodialysis methods and different dialyzers on β_2-microglobulin(β_2-MG) clearance.Method:From December 2014 to December 2016,82 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into A group(n=41) and B group(n=41).High-throughput hemodialysis was used in A group and low-dose hemodialysis in B group.β_2-MG levels before and after hemodialysis,β_2-MG levels after 2-week dialysis,and quality-oflife scores were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the β_2-MG levels between the two groups before dialysis(P〈0.05).The serum levels of β_2-MG after hemodialysis and after 2-week dialysis,the quality of life scores in two groups had statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:High-flux hemodialysis is a good method for hemodialysis patients,and the β_2-MG level is significantly reduced.The psychological function,physical function, social function and substance score of the patients are improved obviously,which is worthy of further promotion.use.
