摘要 目的:探讨血液透析滤过和高通量透析对β_2微球蛋白的清除效果。方法:收治维持性血液透析患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用高通量透析(HFHD)治疗,观察组采用血液透析滤过(HDF)治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组β_2微球蛋白水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析滤过清除β_2微球蛋白的效果显著。 Objective:To explore the clearance effects of hemodialysis filtration and high flux dialysis for β 2 microspheres.Methods:80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with high flux hemodialysis(HFHD).The observation group was treated by hemodialysis filtration(HDF).We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of beta 2-microspheres in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hemodialysis filtration for the clearance ofβ2 microspheres was significant.
