摘要
嵇康深谙养生之理,作品中多有避酒之言,然其行为上又表现出对饮酒的喜爱;对于自己的饮酒风格,嵇康认为是有所节制的,他人则多指出其纵饮之态;嵇康纵酒的行为不利于养身,但有益于精神上的旷达。这些嵇康饮酒与其养生的悖论性恰恰反映出以嵇康及竹林七贤为代表的魏晋文人精神状态的纠结和挣扎,他们既渴望入仕又不愿进入当时的朝局;其背后是掌权者混乱失衡的状态和主要社会矛盾的显现。
As an expert in health preservation, Ji Kang had many remarks in his works about the avoid- ance of alcohol. Yet he showed a love for drinking in his daily behaviors.
