摘要
通过查阅颅脑损伤方面的相关动物实验研究,发现颅脑损伤后继发性损伤是影响患者愈后的重要因素,继发性损伤机制包括兴奋性氨基酸及自由基的生成、脂质过氧化、炎症介质的释放和细胞凋亡等方面,目前大量实验研究选用针刺治疗并达到显著疗效,实验证明,针刺可清除自由基并降低兴奋性氨基酸的含量,也可以抑制细胞凋亡,增加有利神经递质如降钙素基因相关肽的增加并减少有害神经递质如神经肽Y的释放等,从而保护脑组织。本研究从针刺对钙离子方面、神经递质方面、氧自由基方面、炎症方面、其他方面共5个方面进行总结。
It is found that secondary injury is the key influencing factor for the recovery of craniocerebral trauma according to relevant animal experiments. The mechanisms of the secondary injury include the productions of excitatory amino acids( EAA) and free radicals,lipid peroxidation,release of inflammatory mediators and apoptosis. Amounts of studies have shown that acupuncture has effective brain protection by clearing free radicals,reducing the content of EAA,inhibiting apoptosis,promoting calcitonin release,and cutting down neuropeptide Y( NPY). This research summarized the acupuncture effect on craniocerebral trauma in terms of calcium ion,neurotransmitter,oxygen free radicals,inflammatory mediators and other aspects.
