摘要 5-羟色胺(5-HT)是人体重要的活性物质,也是神经递质的重要组成部分。而5-羟色胺综合征(5-HTS)是指神经系统5-HT功能亢进(中枢神经系统和外周5-HT过度激活)所引起的一组症状和体征。本文综述近年研究5-HT及其受体的研究现状。 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) is the important active material in the human body, being also that neurotransmitters are composed of the part. But that 5-hydroxytryptamine syndrome (5-HTS) is 5-HT hyperfunction to nervous system (central nervous system and outside cycle a group of symptom and the body aroused by 5-HT excessive activation) results in groups of symptom and sign. In the article, 5-HT and its receptor are described for studying current situation in the late years.
