摘要
当今社会在发展中,虽然食品生产与加工过程中的每一个环节都在不断地改善,但依旧存在一系列无法解决的问题,使食品生产安全无法得到万全的保障。为此,本文将针对食品的生产加工环节进行着重分析与调研,探索提高食品质量安全的方法,为我国食品市场行业提供有效的理论依据。
With the development of society, although every aspect of food production and processing have been improved, but still there are a series of problems cannot be solved, so that food production safety can't be guaranteed. Therefore, this paper focus on the analysis of food production and processing and explore ways to improve the quality and safety of food, so as to provide an effective theoretical basis for the food market industry in China.
