摘要
为了使压载水过滤器中的烛式滤芯有稳定的工作性能,提高烛式滤芯的使用寿命,同时了解滤芯周围的流体域特性情况,利用ANSYS CFX流体分析软件对烛式滤芯所在流体域进行流体力学分析。在此基础上,基于流固耦合原理,对烛式滤芯进行静力学分析,获得烛式滤芯的静力学结构特性。确定了压载水过滤器烛式滤芯围绕旋转轴的转速不应超过2 640r/min。
In order to improve the stability and the life of the candle filter in ballast water filter and obtain the flow field character- istics, ANSYS CFX software was used to analyze the fluid region which the candle filter in. Based on fluid-solid coupling theory, the statics structural characteristics of the candle filter was analyzed to determine the limit of rotation speed which should be less than 2 640r/min of candle filter.
