摘要
在对位置伺服控制方式进行研究的基础上,使用LabVIEW软件编写程序对气动比例伺服阀进行控制,最终对无杆气缸的位置进行控制。分别采用传统PID控制器和状态控制器对无杆气缸的位置进行控制,通过对比实验测试曲线,证明状态控制器对无杆气缸的位置控制精度更高、更稳定,特别是方波位置跟踪特性更好,所以状态控制器更适合于气动位置伺服控制系统。
Due to the powerful function of this software, and no programming background of engineering and technical personnel also easy to learn,so this article use the LabVIEW software write control program. Based on the control mode of the research, u- sing the LabVIEW software program to control the pneumatic proportional valve, to control the position of the rodless cylinder in the end. Respectively by traditional PID controller and the state of the controller to control the position of the rodless cylinder, by comparing the experimental test curve, prove state controller of rodless cylinder position control accuracy is higher and more sta- ble. Especially the square wave location tracking eharac, tertstie is better, prove state eontroUer is more suitable for pneumatic posi- tion servo eontrol system.
