摘要
随着大数据时代的来临,人们的生活方式和思维方式呈现出数据化、网络化的特点。作为特殊社会现象的犯罪也在发生变化,数据化已经成为当下犯罪的现实生态。面对着严峻复杂的犯罪态势,主办侦查员的职业核心能力面临着考验。此时,构建主办侦查员职业核心能力的模型就显得尤为重要。以职业核心能力的相关理论和侦查员职业核心能力为基础,主办侦查员职业核心能力构建为一个"1/2/3/4"的金字塔结构模型,包含有:一个职业品格,即忠诚品格,两个职业意识,即学习意识与创新意识,三个职业思维,即数据化、整体性和相关性的大数据思维,四个职业技能,即管理、决策、激励与情绪调节的技能。
With the advent of the big data age, people＇ s lifestyles and ways of thinking show the characteris- tics of datamation and network. Datamation has become the current realistic ecology of crime. Under the condition of the severe and complicated crime situation, the professional core competencies of hosting investigators are facing the test. Currently, it is crucial to construct the model of professional core competencies of hosting investigators. Based on the relevant theory of professional core competencies and the professional core competencies of investigators, hosting investigators＇ professional core competencies are constructed into a ＂1/2/3/4＂ pyramid model, including one professional character, namely loyalty character,two occupational consciousnesses, that is, learning conscious- ness and innovation consciousness, three vocational thinkings, namely datamation, wholeness and relativity of big data thinking, and four professional skills, that is, management, decision making, motivation and emotion regulation skills.
