摘要 社会责任创新又称企业的社会创新,是指企业以创新的方式向社会供给社会责任行为。企业的社会责任理念已经从忽视社会责任、战略性社会责任、社会责任战略逐渐向社会责任创新转变,社会责任创新已经成为企业核心竞争力的新来源。从领域创新、资源和工具创新、传播方式创新、评价方式创新等4个维度构建了社会责任创新的认知框架,以帮助企业在"创新、创业"的政策背景下,既能获得经济利润,又能助推社会进步。 The innovation of social responsibility refers to the enterprises solving the social problems by the product innovation, which is also called the corporate social innovation. The research shows that the innovation of social responsibility has become an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. The concept of social responsibility has changed from the concept of products, strategic social responsibility to the concept of social responsibility strategy. This article shows the cognitive frame of enterprise social responsibility innovation from field, resources, tool, dissemination way, and effect appraisal. From the end of the product to the whole supply chain, the social responsibility information disclosure content and quantitative description are the field, the resources and tools of social responsibility innovation. The responsible products development, social welfare investment, staff development, environmental protection, social service are the resources and tools. Through the mass media, corporate annual report, and social responsibility report, the corporate social responsibility is spread. Commercial dimension, social dimension, political dimension and compared input and output ratio evaluate the effect. The research significance lies in: enterprises rely on macro background and support policies of innovation and entrepreneurship, providing a new way for enterprises to implement their social responsibility as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises and society. In the background of "innovation and entrepreneurship" policy, enterprises can not only obtain economic profits, but also boost social progress.
