基于优先加权平均算子的区间双边犹豫模糊多属性决策方法研究

摘要 为解决属性间具有优先级关系的区间双边犹豫模糊多属性决策问题,定义了区间双边犹豫模糊优先加权平均(IVDHFPWA)算子。首先允许决策者采用区间双边犹豫模糊数这种更直观的方法来表达决策信息,然后利用得分值获得具有优先关系的属性权重,并提出了IVDHFPWA算子并论证了相关性质,进而构建了一种基于IVDHFPWA算子的具有属性优先关系的多属性决策方法。最后,将方法应用在应急预案的选择中。 This paper focuses on tackling complex multiple attribute decision making problems with decision hesitancy and prioritized relationship between attributes. Firstly, we employ interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy set to help decision makers to express their decision hesitancy more comprehensively. Then, by use of score function for obtaining the attribute weights with prioritized relationship, we propose the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy prioritized weighted averaging (IVDHFPWA) operator. Also, its desirable properties are further analyzed. Subsequently, based on the IVDHFPWA operator, we construct an approach for multiple attribute decision making with prioritized relationship between different attributes under interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy environments. Finally, we carry out case study on selection of contingency plans to show effectiveness and practicality of the proposed approach.
