白花蛇舌草黄酮大孔树脂静态吸附的热力学和动力性特征 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究白花蛇舌草(HD)黄酮(HDF)在吸附性大孔树脂(HPD-826)上的静态吸附机制。方法在静态吸附条件下,筛选出适用于HDF提取的HPD-826,并研究其吸附热力学和动力学特征。结果 HDF在HPD-826大孔树脂上分离效果较好,且为放热过程,焓变为-17.6282kJ/mol;热力学特征符合Freundlich方程及Langmuir方程,准二级动力学方程可描述其动力学特征,表观吸附活化能为-29.3867kJ/mol;液膜扩散及颗粒内扩散是吸附速率的重要影响因素。结论 HPD-826大孔树脂适用于HDF的分离纯化。 Objective To study the adsorption characteristics of Hedyotis diffusa flavonoids on adsorption macroporous resins.Methods HPD-826 was selected for HDF extraction under static adsorption conditions,and its adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics were studied. Results The separation efficiency of HDF on HPD-826 macroporous resin was good,and the enthalpy becomed-17. 6282 kJ/mol for exothermic process. The thermodynamic characteristics accorded with Freundlich equation,Langmuir equation and quasi-second order kinetic equation could describe its kinetics. And the apparent adsorption activation energy was-29. 3867 kJ/mol. The diffusion of membrane and the diffusion of particles were the important influencing factors of adsorption rate. Conclusion Macroporous resin HPD-826 is fitted to separate and purify the flavonoids from Hedyotis diffusa.
