摘要 目的探讨病例式教学在内分泌科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014级临床医学专业68名学生作为观察目标,按照随机分配原则分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34),对照组运用传统讲授方法进行教学,观察组在此基础上运用病例式教学法进行教学,对采用不同教学方式的两组成员的综合考试成绩及技能测试成绩进行统计研究。结果观察组在初步诊断、鉴别诊断以及诊断依据三个方面测评得分表现均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组病例书写能力、运用知识解决问题能力及其他能力得分与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内分泌科教学中应用病例式教学法,可提高学生的综合业务能力和操作技能。 Objective To explore the effect of case teaching in department of endocrinology teaching. Methods 68 students of 2014 grade clinical medicine were studied as the observation target, according to the principle of random distribution, they were divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34), the control group was taught with traditional teaching methods, on the basis above, the observation group was taught with case teaching method, comprehensive exam scores and skills test scores with different ways of two teaching methods were statistical studied. Results In the observation group, preliminary diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and diagnosis on the basis of the three aspects of performance evaluation scores were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), and the difference was statistically significant of writing ability, using knowledge to solve the question ability and other ability scores between control group and observation group,(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of case teaching method in department of endocrinology teaching can improve the comprehensive ability and operation skills of students.
