摘要
利用液相色谱分析技术,检测了树莓酒和葡萄酒中多酚类物质含量,并对树莓酒和葡萄酒内在成分差异性进行对比分析。结果表明,多酚类物质中的芦丁、儿茶酸、对羟基苯甲酸、绿原酸、鞣花酸等含量存在明显差异。
Polyphenols content in raspberry wine and in grape wine was detected by HPLC. Their difference was compared. The resuits showed that, there was a significant difference in the content of rutin, catechin, p-hydroxy benzoic acid, chlorogenic acid, ellagic acid, etc.
