摘要
回声法实时动态监测油井动液面是数字化与智能化油田建设的一项新技术,已逐步在各大油田推广应用。回声法是利用次声波在油管与套管之间的环形空间传播,遇到液面时产生反射信号的原理进行连续测量动液面,由于油井生产与现场环境等复杂性,严重影响该方法监测结果的准确性和可靠性。结合回声法测量原理与现场实际应用,从监测原理、监测仪器、油井井况3个方面,分析影响回声法监测油井动液面的主要因素,并提出解决对策,以提高回声法监测动液面的准确性和可靠性。
The real-time dynamic monitoring of liquid level in oil well by echo method is a new technology for the construction of digital and intelligent oilfietd, and it has been gradually popularized and applied in various oilfields. The principle of the echo method is for infrasonic wave to propagate in the annular space between tubing and casing, and to produce reflection signal when it encounters liquid level so as to realize continuous measurement of liquid level. But the complexity of oil well conditions and site environmenl seriously affects the accuracy and reliability of monitoring the dynamic liquid surfaee of oil wells by the method. The main factors of influencing the echo method to monitoring the dynamic liquid level of oil well are analyzed from the 3 aspects of monitoring principle, monitoring equipment and well eondilions, and some eountermeasures are put forward in order to improve the aeeuracy and reliability of the dynamic monitoring of liquid level by the echo method.
