摘要
针对螺杆泵采油井,提出了一种动态液面的测量方法.在自动触发的短间隔声脉冲回波测量系统中,重点研究了声波信号处理和波形自动识别.分析了测量系统中的噪声规律,设计出相应的滤波器,利用统计方法分析接箍回波时差,得出声波在套管环隙内的传播速度,并自动识别出液面回波,计算出液面深度.最后理论分析了该方法所能达到的测量精度.在参考液面993.77米下,最大误差23.33米.
A method to measure the dynamic level in the oil well with screw pump is provided. Sharp sound waves produced at the well mouth transmit along the well hole and are reflected as reaching the oil-gas interface. The paper focuses its main work on sound signal processing and recognition of echoes. The corresponding filters are designed according to the features of the noises in the system. The sound speed in compressed natural gas is obtained by analyzing the echoes from the joint hoops, the echo from the oil-as interface is automatically recognized in the software, and the depth of the well can be obtained. Finally, the measurement error is also analyzed. For the reference depth of 993. 77 m, the maximum error is 23. 33 m.
