摘要
合理控制项目用地规模是从用地源头上落实节约集约用地的有效手段。如何识别各类建设项目用地特点,划分项目用地类型,对于宏观调控各类项目用地、制定差别化节约集约用地政策具有重要意义。以甘肃省2013—2015年实际发生的176个建设项目为基础,通过选取影响各类建设项目用地的主要规模因素,利用回归分析测算各类项目单位用地,并对项目用地类型进行划分。结果表明:各类建设项目规模用地具有显著的回归关系,可以将4类建设项目划分为规模集约型、规模低效集约型、规模线性扩展型3类,并针对不同类型的建设项目提出提高土地节约集约利用的建议。
The reasonable control of the project land use scale is an effective means to implement from the source of land saving and intensive use. How to identify various types of construction projects for the division of the project characteristics, land use types, it has important significance for all kinds of projects for macro-control, developing differentiated economical and intensive land use policy. Based onGansu Province the actual occurrence of 176 construction projects during 2013-2015, through the selection of the main factors affecting the scale for various construction projects, used regression analysis to measure all kinds of project unit of land, and the land for the project types were divided. The results showed that all kinds of construction project land scale had remarkable regression relationship, could be divided into 4 categories of construction projects the scale of intensive, inefficient scale intensive, scale of linear expansion of 3 types, the suggestions were put forward to improve the saving and intensive use of land according to different types of construction projects.
