摘要
近些年社交媒体迅速发展,档案馆也逐渐地与社交媒体结合起来,利用一些社交媒体来传递档案信息。文章通过说明档案社交媒体的含义以及档案社交媒体现阶段的利用现状,分析了档案社交媒体应用成效评估的必要性,最后根据信息质量理论、用户信息行为理论、档案学理论制定了评估指标。
Social media has grown rapidly in recent years, and archives are gradually combined with social media by using some social media to deliver archives information. This paper explains the meaning of archives social media and utilization of archives social media, analyzes the necessity of evaluating the effectiveness of archives social media application, and finally makes the evaluation index based on theory of information quality, the theory of user information behavior and the theory of archives.
