摘要
运用福建省南平市16个乡镇的37个村174位农户问卷调查数据分析,农户参与农村公共休闲产品筹资意愿及其影响因素。研究表明:公共休闲产品资金使用透明程度、参与农村公共休闲产品供给决策意愿、家庭收入水平、政府支持程度这4个因素对于农户参与农村公共休闲产品的筹资意愿具有显著影响。结果提出,为完善农村公共休闲产品的建设,政府在为农村谋发展的同时还应增加工作透明度,让农户了解政府对农村发展所提供包括资金、政策等在内的各项支持政策;村集体应充分利用一事一议等制度给予农户参与公共休闲产品建设的相关决策权,同时做好财务公开工作。
Based on the data of questionnaires for 174 rural people in 37 villages of Nanping, Fujian Province, this paper analyzes rural people＇ s willingness to participate in the rural public leisure products financing and its influencing factors. Research shows that such four factors as the transparency degree, decision-making intention, family income, and government support degree have a significant impact on their willingness. The results suggest that for the construction of rural public leisure products, the government should also increase the work transparency in the rural development, let the rural people understand the government support on rural development including funds and policy; the village collective decision should make full use of its proposing system to give rural people decisionmaking right and at the same time, strengthen the financial disclosure.
