摘要
前期的研究表明,一定浓度的富氢水(hydrogen-rich water,HRW)处理可以促进小苍兰植株生长和开花。而关于HRW不同施用时期和施用方法对小苍兰植株生长和开花的影响及其可能的生理机制,还有待进一步研究。以去离子水浸泡种球和浇灌植株为对照(CK),研究了50%的HRW浸泡种球和去离子水浇灌植株(S),去离子水浸泡种球和花茎伸出以后,以50%的HRW浇灌植株(I),以及50%的HRW浸泡种球加上花茎伸出后以50%的HRW浇灌植株(S+I),对小苍兰开花的影响及其生理机制。发现,处理S+I显著缩短了开花用时,增加了花茎长度、花茎粗度、花朵直径和小花数;3种处理均显著增加了小苍兰花茎伸长期花茎基部的生长素和玉米素核苷的含量,处理S和处理S+I显著降低了脱落酸的含量,处理S和处理I显著增加了赤霉素的含量;3种处理均显著提高了花朵内的可溶性糖含量。研究结果对于HRW在农业上的应用及HRW作用机理的研究具有重要的意义。
Previous study showed that some concentrations of hydrogen-rich water (HRW) treatments promoted plant growth and blossom. However, it needs to be explored further about the effects of different application stage and methods on the growth and blossom of freesia and related physiological mechanisms. Using bulb soaking and plant irrigating with deionized water (dd) as control (CK), the effects of three treatments on blossom and related physiological mechanisms,including bulb soaking with 50% HRW and plant irrigating with dd H2O (S), bulb soaking with dd H20 and plant irrigating with 50% HRW after flower stalk elongation (I),bulb soaking and plant irrigating after flower stalk elongation both with 50% HRW (S4-I),were analyzed. It was found that treatment S+I significantly reduced the time for blossom, increased the length and diameters of flower stalks, the diameters and numbers of florets in freesia. The contents of endogenous indole acetic acid and zeatin nucleoside in the flower stalks were significantly increased after three different HRW treatments. Treatment S and treatment S+I significantly decreased the content of endogenous abscisic acid,and treatment S and treatment I significantly increased the content of gibberellic acid-3 in the flower stalks. All of the three treatments significantly increased the content of soluble sugar in petals. These results will play important roles in the further application and mechanism exploration of HRW.
