摘要
该文在对陕北某大型石油集团油泥来源、性质分析调研的基础上,通过将油泥与煤掺配制备水煤浆进行气化处理后实现对油泥的资源化利用及无害化处理。结果表明,油泥可质量分数1%~15%掺配制备良好成浆性的水煤浆,通过物性分析及气化模拟实验表明该含油泥水煤浆气化性能优良,对气化工艺、设备及后续工艺无不良影响,能够实现对油泥的资源化利用及无害化处理。
Based on the investigation and property analysis of the oil sludge in Shaanxi oil group, resource utilization and harmless emissions of oil sludge treatment are achieved by mixing oil sludge with coal water slurry. The results showed that the oil sludge-coal water slurry with mix ratio of 1%-15%(wt.) oil sludge, has good slurry ability. Property analysis and gasi- fication simulation experiment of the oil sludge--coal water slurry indicated that the gasification performance is quite good, and without harmful effects on process and equipment.
