摘要
针对新疆某矿业公司选厂用水的实际和尾矿废水的性质,通过调节废水的p H值到10.5,然后再分别加入硫酸铝、聚丙烯酰胺进行沉淀和絮凝,硫酸铝和絮凝剂(聚丙烯酰胺)的用量分别为40 mg/L和0.5 mg/L,最后再经过200 mg/L的活性炭吸附。经此处理后的尾矿废水用于原矿的实验室选别,对选厂的经济技术指标无任何不良影响。该废水的实验室试验处理过程,可作为选厂全部回用尾矿废水时所需药剂和设备选型、计算的依据。
The reusing research experiments have been conducted according to water - related requirements by the mineral processing plant of some Mining Co. , Ltd and the characters of waste water in the tailing ponds. The experiment results show that the pH values of tailing waste water were first adjusted to 10.5. Then the aluminum sulfate and polyacrylamide were used to precipitate and flocculate respectively. The amounts of aluminum sulfate and polyacrylamide were 40 mg/L and 0. 5 mg/L. At last, the 200 mg/L activated carbons were used to absorb impurity ion. The economic and technical indicators have no obvious differences when above treatments water and fresh groundwater were used to make contrastive experiments respectively. The experimental results can be used to calculate regents and decide all related kinds of equipments when the whole tailing waste water are completely used in the mineral processing plant of Xinwang mining Co. , Ltd.
