摘要
文章通过对传统移民国家、非传统移民国家以及新兴国家和地区的技术移民制、投资移民制和亲属移民制三大类型移民"绿卡"制度进行比较,对我国探索建立具有自身特色的"绿卡"制度提供了借鉴。
A comparative study is made concerning the “green card” sy s tem,including systems for skilled workers , investors, and kinsforks,in traditional immigrant countries, non-tra- ditional immigrant countries, and new uprising countries. It aims to provide some reference val-ue for China to develop a agreen card,？ system with Chinese characters.
