摘要
面对新形势、新要求,作为高职院校思想政治教育中坚力量的辅导员,应勇于创新工作方式方法,创造性地开展工作,切实满足新时期大学生的发展需求,与时俱进,探索创新工作思路,培养符合时代发展要求的社会主义建设者和接班人。笔者根据高职院校大学生的特点,结合工作实际,从坚定政治信仰、加强自身理论和实践学习、狠抓德育教育、抢占网络"阵地"和探索创新心理教育辅导方式五个维度,提出新形势下高职院校辅导员工作方面的新思路。
Facing the new situation and requirements, counselors mainly responsible for the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should innovate their work methods and ideas to cultivate socialist builders and successors of the development needs of the times. New ideas of vocational college counselors% work under the new situation are put forward according to the characteristics of college students, combined with the actual work from five dimensions of the firm political belief, strengthening their theoretical and practical study, paying close attention to moral education, seizing the network “ position” and exploring innovative psychological education and counseling.
