摘要
本文结合当前高校共青团工作实际，着眼大学生的成长发展和社会和谐稳定，从高校共青团组织为大学生就业服务工作的现状入手，找出其存在的问题和不足，并提出可行性策略，进一步完善和发展共青团工作在大学生就业中的服务作用。
Combined with the actual work of the Communist Youth League, this paper focuses on the development of College Students＇growth and social harmony and stability. Starting from the current situation of the Communist Youth League for college students＇employment service work ,it tries to find out the existing problems ,and puts forward the feasible strategy to further improve and develop the service role in the work of the Communist Youth League in col- lege students＇employment.
